Marketing and Ecommerce manager

 

Overview:

You own and execute marketing across all channels to grow awareness, drive sales, and bring each coffee release to life. You’ll manage our release calendar, webshop, campaigns, content, and customer support — with impact on both B2C and B2B.

Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management : Design and execute multi-channel campaigns spanning email, social media, website, print, and in-shop experiences. Special focus on planning and coordinating coffee release campaigns for each coffee (events, collabs, newsletter, social, etc.).
• Ecommerce and website management : Ensure our online store is functional, user-friendly, and optimized for performance. Oversee the product listings, descriptions, pricing, categorization. Create seasonal products (bundles/gifts), write website texts. Track and improve conversion rates. Support digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google) and brief external partners.
• Event Management: Plan and manage events, partnerships, and collaborations to increase brand exposure. Actively engage with and grow our digital and physical communities.
• Copywriting : Write and coordinate content for newsletters, blogs, product pages and socials.
• Marketing Budget : Create and manage the annual marketing budget, tracking spend and ROI.
  
• Customer Service : Handle customer service requests from our website and update help materials as needed.
• Marketing Materials : Create and coordinate basic graphic materials (e.g. training curriculums, event presentations, sales decks, etc).
  

Requirements:

• 2–4 years experience in marketing, brand, or e-commerce.
• You are a self-starter. Ability to manage projects independently and collaborate effectively with a team. Strong time management skills.
• Strong campaign planning and copywriting skills.
• A passion for coffee is a big plus.
