Freelance Marketing Specialist (Part-Time)

Overview:

We are looking for a freelance marketing specialist to elevate our brand’s presence across multiple channels and drive engagement with our audience. You will plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, create marketing materials, oversee our new website development and build connections with our community. This role involves close internal collaboration to ensure creative campaigns, consistent messaging and measurable results.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Design and execute multi-channel campaigns spanning email, social media, website, print, and in-shop experiences.
  • Content Creation: Write engaging, brand-aligned copy for websites, newsletters, social media, and print materials. Work closely with our content creator to boost online engagement and community interaction.
  • Digital & Analytics: Oversee the creation of a new website, ensuring it aligns with the brand and user experience goals. Build and maintain a dashboard with KPIs for traffic analytics, SEO performance, and conversion tracking. Use insights to optimize strategies and drive online sales.
  • Marketing Materials: Design and manage production of marketing assets to support campaigns, events, and partnerships.
  • Community & Event Management: Plan and manage events, partnerships, and collaborations to increase brand exposure. Actively engage with and grow our digital and physical communities.

Requirements:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in similar roles and work as a freelancer. You have a master's degree in a marketing field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on multi-channel campaign planning and execution.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills, with an eye for creating content that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills, experience with traffic and conversion analytics, and familiarity with SEO best practices.
  • You are a self-starter. Ability to manage projects independently and collaborate effectively with a team. Strong time management skills.
  • A passion for coffee. Experience in the industry (barista, roastery or green) is a plus.
