At our Training Lab in Brussels we offer a range of courses to professional baristas and home-coffee enthousiasts. All courses are taught by our experienced in-house baristas and roasters on industry standard equipment (Marzocco/Mahlkonig). We teach in small classes with a focus on practical experience.

Learn the key elements to being a barista. This training is open to everyone (professional and home user) and comprises 5 sections : Taste & flavor in coffee, The espresso recipe, Setting the grinder, Pulling espresso shots, Milk steaming & pouring technique. It's taught in small groups with a strong focus on practice.
