The biggest specialty coffee exhibition is coming to Brussels. To celebrate, we’re hosting a wide range of events all week in our shops and roastery.
Our cafés will be offering a special, curated menu during WOC 2026. Expect a variety of rare competition coffees on espresso, filter and milk drinks. Available all week across all our shops.
You can also visit us at the exhibition in the Roaster Village (booth RV73) or come root for our team at the World Brewers Cup (WBrC).

Omakase with Daniele Ricci
Omakase is a Japanese dining philosophy where the guest surrenders all choice to the host, trusting them completely to curate a sequence of experiences, course by course, cup by cup, guided by expertise, seasonality, and a deep sense of craft. Three-time Italian Barista champion Daniele, will be serving a mix of competition lots on espresso, filter, milk and signature drinks. (Choice of alcohol).

Coffee Collective takeover
We invited our friends from Coffee Collective to take over the bar at St Catherine. Coffee Collective is a Copenhagen-based roaster and pioneer of the Scandinavian specialty coffee movement. Founded by a team of world barista champions with an uncompromising commitment to direct trade, farmer transparency, and lighter, more expressive roasts.

AMOC takeover
A Matter of Concrete is a Rotterdam-based specialty roaster founded by award-winning barista Rob Clarijs. They focused on precision, transparency, and a data-driven approach to exceptional coffee. They will take over our Flagey bar on Wednesday.

Q&A with our longtime partner from Huila, Colombia. Yonatan and Wide Awake founder Rutger will discuss how 25 years of specialty coffee has changed farmers their mindset. Followed by a cupping of classic and rare Huila varieties.

WOC Runners
Exploring the world of coffee through running. Join us for the official WOC 5K group run. The event supports the Ethiopian NGO Girls Gotta Run. This will be a conversation paced 5k that takes in the sites, before the tourists, diplomats, politicians and lobbyists hit the pavements.

Origin Talk - Rodolfo Ruffatti
Q&A with Rodolfo Ruffatti from Finca El Salvador. We've been buying Rodolfo's coffees since the start of Wide Awake. Rodolfo is hugely knowledgeable in coffee agronomy and variety research. In this Q&A we'll dive deep in coffee varieties and hybrid experimentation. Followed by a cupping of very rare varieties.
