Return & Refund Policy – Wide Awake Coffee

Coffee purchases are final and cannot be returned. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days at hello@wideawake.coffee with your order number.

For non-coffee products, returns are accepted within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Refunds will be processed after the item is received and inspected.
