Packing Assistant (Part-time)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Packing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our products are packed efficiently, accurately, and ready for shipment.

This is a part-time position with fixed working days on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:00 to 16:00, starting in November/December.

To qualify for this role, you need to be fluent in English and possess a category B driver’s license.

Key responsibilities & expectations

Pack, weigh, and label products for shipment or storage
Ensure all packages are properly packaged and sealed
Meet the specifics of customer orders in a timely manner, following the daily packaging schedule
Organize incoming goods and keep stocks accurate, organized, and accessible
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all packaging and labeling
Clean the Roastery
Delivering items to local customers with delivery van when needed

Skills & qualifications

Previous experience in a packing, warehouse, or manufacturing role is preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to follow protocols and workflows
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Good computer skills for documentation and reporting purposes
Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy goods

Contract Details

Part-time: 4 days per week (Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, 8:00–16:00)
Temporary contract of 6-months, with the possibility of a permanent contract afterwards
