El Triunfo

El Triunfo is a two-hectare family farm in Santa María, Huila, where Nicolás Ome lives with his wife and children.

The Producer

We were introduced to Nicolás through Yonatan from Cuatro Vientos, our longtime export partner in the region, and immediately appreciated the quality and care behind his coffees. At 1750 masl, the farm’s volcanic soil and cool climate contribute to a sweet, clean cup. Nicolás is deeply rooted in his community—offering processing support to neighboring producers. This washed Castillo fits beautifully into our Moon Safari series, with its round structure, soft acidity, and flavors of apricot, butter biscuit, and milk chocolate.

FAQ

When will my order be shipped?

We ship every weekday with DHL Parcel (EU) and DHL Express (worldwide). Orders received before 7AM ship the same day. The shipping time varies per destination.

Can I get an invoice?

Our order confirmation email contains a link to a pdf invoice. If you're VAT liable, fill out your VAT number on your cart page before checking out. Further company information can be filled out during checkout.

How fresh is the coffee I receive?

The coffee we ship is usually roasted no longer than a week ago, but can be up to 2 weeks maximum. We recommend to rest our coffees 2-4 weeks after roasting as they gain more intensity and complexity.

What to know about subscriptions?

Our subscriptions are flexible. You can change or cancel at any time. Log into your account, go to the Account tab and choose Manage my subscription

Throughout the year, we release different microlots on our series. Your subscription price will automatically adapt to the new release. As a subscriber you always benefit from a 5% discount.

What to know when ordering ground coffee?

After roasting we pack and seal our coffee bags immediately. When you order ground coffee, be aware that the bag will be opened, so our team can grind your coffee. Pay attention when choosing your grind size as we do not accept returns for wrong grind size selection.
