This unique Wild Tree white tea from Lincang is pressed into a cookie shape and harvested only in March. Processed with sun-dried method, it offers a complex flavor profile with floral, fruity, and sugarcane notes, balanced by a brief bitterness that fades into sweetness. With few months aging, the bitterness transforms into a rich, lingering fruity aftertaste.

    Our recipe

Warm brew: Use 1 piece (5.5g) per 120ml of water at 95°C. Rinse for 3 seconds and discard the water, then steep for 15 seconds. Re-steep 7–10 times. For a larger teapot, steep for 5 minutes.

Cold brew: Use 1 piece (5.5g) per 750ml of cold water. Refrigerate for 8–12 hours, then strain. Keep refrigerated for up to 3 days. Use less tea if leaving it to steep longer.

The coffee we ship is usually roasted no longer than a week ago, but can be up to 2 weeks maximum. We recommend to rest our coffees 2-4 weeks after roasting as they gain more intensity and complexity.
