9 to 5 is tailor made for automatic machines. Using an accessible, chocolate-forward coffee from our partners at Santa Hedwirges in Sul de Minas.

We compose this blend with different lots from our longtime partner Hugo Brito. Fazenda Santa Hedwirges has been in the Brito family for over 90 years and spans four production centres in Sul de Minas. The farm balances its long heritage with forward-looking investments in processing infrastructure and sustainable practices. Situated in the Sul de Minas region, it benefits from a warm climate and steady altitude of 900m. This offers stable conditions for producing clean, chocolate-driven coffees.

Water : Soft water (100ppm) at high temperature

Coffee dose : 14g

Espresso in cup : 50g

Grind size : finest setting

We ship every weekday with DHL Parcel (EU) and DHL Express (worldwide). Orders received before 7AM ship the same day. The shipping time varies per destination.

The coffee we ship is usually roasted no longer than a week ago, but can be up to 2 weeks maximum. We recommend to rest our coffees 2-4 weeks after roasting as they gain more intensity and complexity.

To change or cancel your subscription, login to your account, go to the Account tab and choose Manage Subscription.

After roasting we pack and seal our coffee bags immediately. When you order ground coffee, be aware that the bag will be opened, so our team can grind your coffee. Pay attention when choosing your grind size as we do not accept returns for wrong grind size selection.
