Miriam Quesada

From the steep hills of Acevedo, Huila, Miriam Quesada cultivates remarkable Pink Bourbon at her small farm, Finca El Guayacan.

The Producer

This Pink Bourbon lot comes from second-generation farmer Miriam Quesada in Acevedo, Huila. We first discovered her coffee in Bogota at an event with our exporter Cuatro Vientos. We were drawn by it's fruity, yet clean and delicate profile. We have been buying her coffees since 2022 and visited her farrm recently in Acevedo. Finca El Guayacan sits on steep volcanic hillsides at 1,600 masl. The nutrient-rich soils and cool nights help create the complex and fruity profile. The cherries are handpicked and dried naturally at her beneficio. The result is a fruity, syrupy cup with clear notes of candied cherry, apricot and rooibos.

Our order confirmation email contains a link to a pdf invoice. If you're VAT liable, fill out your VAT number on your cart page before checking out. Further company information can be filled out during checkout.

How fresh is the coffee I receive?

The coffee we ship is usually roasted no longer than a week ago, but can be up to 2 weeks maximum. We recommend to rest our coffees 2-4 weeks after roasting as they gain more intensity and complexity.

What to know when ordering ground coffee?

After roasting we pack and seal our coffee bags immediately. When you order ground coffee, be aware that the bag will be opened, so our team can grind your coffee. Pay attention when choosing your grind size as we do not accept returns for wrong grind size selection.
